Was overcharged for the items purchased. Was told that if you order direct from website the price is higher than skip.
The portions were terrible. I paid 10$ for 2 naan.
Called to see if the resturant would either refund or fix order. First they offered a discount on next purchase. Then they offered to refund the naan and never did.
What bothers me the most about this interaction is that when I picked up my food.
I saw a man in the kitchen wearing filthy clothes. Dirty, black pants that looked like he had been working on a farm. When questioned who he was I was told he was a 'guest'
So the kitchen lets in filthy dirty guests who 100% do not have the clothes to be in a kitchen. Hang out around the food being cooked?
This was a terrible experience, that only got worse and worse.
This place needs to be shut down.
Never would I eat food from a kitchen that looked like that.

Taste was amazing. Both meat dishes were mostly sauce and I would have loved a bit more meat in it. But other wise it was good.

Totally agree — Pinch of Spice, 2 Jewell Street, Red Deer AB is one of the top Indian Restaurants in the city.
It’s got a strong reputation ( around ⭐ 4.5 with hundreds of reviews ) & Customers ( people ) especially love Their :
• Butter chicken & Chicken tikka masala ( rich & flavourful ).
• Fresh Garlic naan & tandoori Roti.
• Good portion sizes ( Dal Makhani, Shahi Paneer, etc. ) for the price ( around CA$20– $30 range ).
The consistency is what stands out— when a place keeps that many positive reviews over time, it usually means That they’re doing something right.
